MVA Listening Session for Equine-Assisted Therapy Providers

The Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs will hold a listening session for equine-assisted therapy providers on Thursday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to 11a.m.

The MVA says that “as providers of equine therapy and EAGALA programs, your experience and knowledge is of great value in helping the MVA strategically plan for the future of the Maryland Veterans Service Animal Program. Your input will help MVA identify, create, and deliver services that respond to the on-the-ground needs of our veterans and their families.

MDVA listening sessions are a valuable way to connect with consumers and the community. Please email Toni Gianforti, Grants Specialist, Office of Communications, Outreach & Advocacy, at toni.gianforti@maryland.gov with your RSVP. A Google Meet link will be provided soon.:
